Although the contract to upgrade and refurbish the Gate Hoisting Equipment at Brisbane's NORTH PINE DAM had initially been awarded to an opposition company it has now subsequently been entrusted to Queensland Hydraulics Pty. Ltd. to ensure the successful completion of the works. After the disastrous summer floods of 2011 reliability has been deemed to be the most influential criteria controlling this project.
