Hydraulic Installations for Life
HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
Our completed projects working on some of the largest public sector water infrastructure projects over the years, with some of Australia’s largest contractors, has enabled us to develop and document comprehensive processes and systems that ensure we comply with legal and statutory requirements and execute dealings in accordance with our client’s hydraulic installation and commissioning guidelines, deadlines and budget. These include;
OH&S
- Documented Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
- Documented Job Safety Environmental Analysis (JSEA)
Quality Control
- Documented Inspection Test Plan (ITP’s)
- Documented Factory Acceptance Test (FAT’s) to client’s needs
- Providing suitably qualified staff and management to complete and oversee onsite installation/commissioning obligations
- Provision of operating manuals on all hydraulic systems
In support of our commitment to the design and manufacture of high quality products, we implement all of the following when onsite for either construction or installation:
- All onsite pipe work is performed by Queensland Hydraulics’ employed tradespeople thus eliminating the problems of divided responsibility.
- We maintain a fully equipped site workshop with machining, drilling and welding facilities.
- We manufacture our own stainless steel hydraulic tube fittings to ensure leak proof reticulation systems.
- We have designed and manufactured our own flaring machine that virtually guarantees leak proof sealing in pipe connections in environmentally sensitive sites such as dams and pump stations.
