Queensland Hydraulics’ hydraulic power units are designed and manufactured to endure a lifecycle of up to 50 years.
Our hydraulic power units have proven to be successful for the following reasons:
- We use captive O-ring sealing cartridge valves which eliminates pipework and potential system leaks
- When pipework is required, we incorporate 37 degree JIC flared fittings with the pipe flared with our own specially designed flaring machine that guarantees the flared seat is not only a burnished finish but also concentric to the bore of the pipe. This coupled with Flaretite sealing inserts ensures leak-proof connections
- Our Hydraulic power units are designed and manufactured to ISO4413(Global standard), AS2671 (Australian standard) and are fully tested to documented Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
